 LOGON WINDOW

 Enter the Login name and Password and click OK

WINDOW FOR SERVICE CALLS

 CLICK ON ORGANIZATION TO SEE PERSON DETAILS

 CLICK ON CMBD FOR VIEWING CONFIGURATION ITEM DETAILS

 LOGGING A SERVICE CALL

 Select SerivceDesk à Service Call à right click à New Service Call

  Fill the respective fields and then click on SAVE AND CLOSE then you will get a ID.
