Blinking Lights Graphics In CPP

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Description : Its a square grid in C graphics mode and the squares blink randomly across the grid. I have given it the works... rate control, no. of blinks per second, n it has an amazing front and back end, worth a look! Its actually for a BE proj for a friend of mine where a S/W for sensing eye resolution was needed. There are three files:- Two header files for front and back end and the main file.
