TORRY HARRIS PAPER ON 3rd MAY AT RAJASTAN

Hello freinds,

I am Mahaveer & I am engg. Student in 3^rd yr. ECE-2008 batch & was selected in Torry Harris Business Solution on 03/05/2007 at my college JIET, Jodhpur (Rajasthan).

Fisrtly there were PPT (Pre Placement Talk) and then in total of 9-10 hours final results were declared.

PACKAGE-3 lac p.a.,

POSTING-Banglore,

Employees-1000+,

HQ-USA

There were total all 4 rounds in single day. Various rounds were--

1. Quantitative Apti.(20 min.,20 Q)

2. GD(10 cand. per group,10min.)

3. Written test (35 min.)

a. Language part (C & C++), 20 Q

b. LR, 12Q

4. Interview (HR + Technical(only C & C++),hardly 7-8 min.)

>Quant test was very simple (focus on interest, volume, time & work & general topics)

>GD topics were-Should Rahul Gandhi be opted for PM post, Hardwork vs smart work, Non-vage vs vegetarian, India development in last 20 yrs.

>LR was bit tuff but not so much.

>Written of c & c++ was having outputs and concepts like polymorphism type.

>HR-Tell me about yourself, father business, Siblings, Aim in life,

>Tech. interview-

What is inheritance?

What is pre processor directive?

Programs-Fibonacci, factorial and many more but were so simple.

We were total around 160 candidates and in first 3 elimination round no. of selections was as follows:-

Quant test -70

GD - 35

Interview - 25

Final-14 

In quant. and technical test there were NO NEGATIVE marking. In GD they were just testing our ability to lead and If your group remains calm Max. of you will be selected(my group had 7 selections).

Yes, one imp. point is that please do not cheat. In both test 2 HR will be observing you.
