I got an offer from Jindal Steel & Power Limited. I want to give total selection process with placement paper. I am from EIE dept. Test held on 18th Feb,2007...............

Selection Process
1> Written test - Aptitude and Technical.
2> GD & Interview.

Aptitude test organised by Merit Track. There are sections ....English,Math, Reasoning. These all are very easy.

Technical sections consists of 60 quetions of 60 mins. Questions came from contro systems,microprocessors,measument and digital electronics.

Interview: This was very cool and freindly. interview was technical based. They asked about microprocessor,process control depending on candidates.

My Interview:
There were 2 interviewer. .............First asked me from where we asked u.......... I said microprocessor..........
wht is MP..........
how many bits 8085..........
diff between 8085 and 8086.........
wht is nibble,byte,word............
wht is broadband...........
wht is baud rate.............
wht is multiplxer..........& deMUUX

thats all......I answered all the qts...........
