    Zuppler.com is a cutting edge restaurant portal servicing customers across USA & Canada. Although we are a startup, we have already become a force to reckon with in Philadelphia and Chicago with over 200% growth every month for the past 6 months.



    We are looking for bright and talented professionals to monitor and handle orders placed online. While these orders are automatically processed by the system, the customer service professional needs to ensure that the orders are confirmed in a timely fashion.



    The customer service professional will also need to address any customer queries that are invoked either via chat or phone.



    In addition, the customer service rep is responsible for designing and executing marketing plans for restaurants. This includes:

    Design and execute email marketing
    Social media marketing including twitter and facebook
    Online marketing on google, yahoo, yelp etc
