      Job Description

      About the role:
      Involves call monitoring for Inbound / Outbound Servicing Voice process. Analyze data and identify TNI requirements. Prepare and download feedbacks to enable process improvement. Liaison with production teams to understand business and process requirements.

      Job Purpose:
      Setup an effective improvement and control mechanism to ensure minimum process deviation.

      Key Responsibility Areas:
      Ensure minimum sample audits.
      Ensure minimum required feedback downloads
      Enable and facilitate continuous process improvement.

      Desired Profile Requirements :
      1-3 years of Experience in Inbound / Outbound Call Quality
      Should have exposure to Quality Systems and Standards
      Competencies required to do this job well:
      Excellent oral and written communication skills.
      Excellent Analytical Skills.
      Good Knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivots & Charts)
