    We are in process to identify candidates for Vice President – Business Development (SEZ

    TGI - we are a Global Recruitment Firm based at Mangalore, Goa, and Mumbai.

    Our Client: Leading infrastructure / Construction / SEZ Development Company.


    JOB TITLE: Vice President – Business Development (SEZ)

    JOB PURPOSE: To formulate the Business Development Strategies for the Business Vertical and ensure that the strategies are executed in a professional manner.


    1. Conducting Market research on business potential, emerging market trend &
    Competition & planning for brand management & promotional activities
    2. Directly responsible and accountable for marketing strategies of the Business Vertical
    3. Relationship development, management & interaction with higher level executives of Govt and private utilities & industries to constantly grow in extremely competitive market segment.
    4. Ensure industries / factories / corporate set up their establishments in SEZ
    5. Expertise in terms of Govt liaisoning, land affairs & SEZ regulations
    6. Ensure timely and proper launch of projects
    7. Ensure appropriate pricing strategy for each project
    8. Ensure appropriate positioning of the project through marketing strategies/advertisements etc.
    9. Ensure compliance with Policies & Procedures of the Group
    Directly manage and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
    10. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate
    in and facilitate group meetings.

    AUTHORITY: This position has total authority to decide on all matters relating to the function

    REPORTS TO: Executive Director


    The holder of this position shall be competent to formulate appropriate marketing strategies


    The holder of this position shall demonstrate ability to make judgement and shall take appropriate decisions in a timely manner. This position shall directly contribute to the top-line of the Group.

    PREFERRED AGE & SEX: 35 – 45 & Male/Female (Age should not exceed more than 47)


    TOTAL EXPERIENCE: 15 – 20 years of which atleast 5 years at a Senior Management level

    INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years experience in the Infrastructure Industry
