    Job Description
    1. Service Delivery Manager : Meet client and organisational KPIâs and Objectives and Goals

    2. Transition of current and future Finance processes from UK to India

    3. Manage and develop the Knowledge transfer capability

    4. Process Development & improvement for transitioned processes

    5. Build and manage a the team based on the JDâs and other requirements, keep them motivated and to have a high level of retention amongst the team

    6. To exercise strict adherance to the companyâs policies and exercise diligence in the various sub processes migrated

    7. To ensure the highest levels of data accuracy and controllership

    8. Oversee and ensure delivery of Monthly reports on a timely basis

    9. Liaison with UK finance managers (MC & AS)

    10. Year end audit liaison

    11. Assist with the preparation of annual budgets/reforecast

    12. SLA adherance
    Desired Candidate Profile
    ï 6 to 8 years of post qualification experience
    ï 2-3 years experience of managing an outsourced finance process
    ï Experience in managing a team of finance professionals handling wing to wing finance work for a client
    ï Working to good knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
    ï Effective written and verbal communication skills
    ï High on integrity and should always walk the talk
    ï Team Player and has high motivational skills
    ï Attention to details
    ï Liaise with other areas of the business to resolve specific issues

    Chartered Accountant, additional qulification will be desirable.

    My 2 cents

    The place is going to dogs. The pay-scale at this company are amongst the lowest in the BPO sector in pune. Another cost cutting strategy that this company has adopted is to terminate tenured customer care associates so that the company doesn't have to give them a raise.

    There is no professionalism in the organisation. For instance, recently the company threw its annual celebration party at some place and the employees were not allowed to go home until the party was over. Many of those who tried to go home early were pushed and manhandled and asked to go back and 'enjoy' the party. This was done primarily because the company director felt 'If we are spending so much for you (employees), then you bloody well stay for the entire party'.

    All in all, the company has a very bad reputation in the market. The various recruitment consultants hired by the company themselves don't hold a high regard for the company and send only the rejected candidates from other companies to Ventura for an interview.

    There's already a major process which was sent back to Mumbai IGS. Also there's a 200+ seater airline process which is going to go back anytime soon.

    My two cents - Stay away from this place!!

    Yet another process has gone back from Ventura..

    The appraisals for agents now happen in 1.5 years!!!

    One thing is still consistent in this company... IT IS STILL THE LOWEST PAYMASTER IN THE SEGMENT
