    Essential Qualifications:

    B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma - Automobile, Mechanical.



    Experience:

    Comprehensive relevant experience of 3 plus years for BE / B Tech or 5 plus years for Diploma holders



    Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

    Strong communication skills both verbal and written

    Good understanding of Service function

    Good understanding of workshop management which includes spare management, inventory management, planning methodology for servicing procedure, identification of workshop equipment needs and evaluation of the same.

    Ability to maintain inter personal relationship

    Ability to solve service related issues according to the demand of the situation.

    Job Description

    Job Summary:

    To manage, coordinate and oversee all aspects of after Sales Service in the assigned area/territory which shall include expanding & maintaining service / spares network.


    Essential Functions:

    Relationship management with service centre network.

    Guide ASCs / channel partners for manpower/facilities/equipment optimization

    Ensure execution of spare parts order by all ASCs / channel partners for sufficient inventory for meeting spare parts target.

    Coordination for Spare Policies, Coupon, Warranty Claims & Workshop Management

    Coordination with vendors for tools & equipments for service centres

    Implement, coordinate and establish servicing procedures and techniques to ensure servicing to customers

    Understand the services required, major failures for each service visits/issue.

    Take initiatives & provide guidance to handle and resolve customer support issues with due diligence in order to improve CSI

    Monitor the CSI by random/planned interactions with customers.

    Work out special service support for fleet owners in coordination with ASCs
