Huge percentages the working populous in the USA are Indians. This is not surprising as USA spells professionalism, security and opportunity. Despite its prosperous economy and almost nil unemployment rate, the US faces is falling short of qualified professionals to meet the demands of its ever-expanding high tech industry. The workforce admitted into the US comprises of those who are specialized in any professional discipline or those who have a substantial and good job experience. Currently the trend is to recruit more manpower from the Indian sub-continent, as it is abundant in skilled professionals and cheap manpower. Depending upon the type of visa issued a person can either remain or travel continuously in the US.

One can expect a high degree of professionalism in the work scenario in the US. In order to work in the US one must obtain a Labour Certification stating:

There are no qualified workers in the US able and willing to work.

Working conditions and remuneration of similarly employed US workers will not be adversely affected by the applicant's employment.
