    Job Description
    â Work closely with business aligned service delivery and service introduction teams to understand the service or operational requirements
    â Monitoring alerts for Unix, Wintel, DB services and Backup for Investment Banking area. This is a level 0 or 1 activity based on a global workflow system
    â Ensure that the work is carried out as per agreed service level targets
    â Responsible for workflow escalation to second level support teams
    â Responsible for creation of tickets
    â Escalate issues to the request coordinator to ensure that the business is kept updated on the progress
    Desired Candidate Profile
    3 years full time graduate in any stream including technical diploma holders.
