    Designation Assistant Manager-Analytics

    Job Description - To review and allocate daily work to team members, and to provide resolution on complex situations
    - To coach and develop team members enabling them to deliver expected service
    - To proactively identify opportunities to improve the team's work, and to implement service and process improvement / automation projects within the team giving tangible benefits to the organisation
    - To deliver planned and adhoc analysis and recommendations for the business
    - Driving constant improvement in the team's analysis, resulting in improved KPIs

    Desired Profile - Strong MS office skills (MS Excel, VB & VBA skills and Macro writing skills)
    - Team Management
    - Attention to detail
    - Willingness to work in shifts, team player

    Experience 6 - 8 Years

    One of the most unorganized recruitment process I ever came across. Tesco is one of the top notch retailer and I always loved Tesco and their service in U.K. But Tesco Hindustan service center has turn out to be a typical Indian offshore disaster. If the candidate is not treated

    Tesco HSC not sure about the other services but the RECRUITMENT NEEDS TO LEARN LOT FROM Tesco U.K.
