    Job Description
    Is to ensure Customer is viewed holistically and works across all LOBs to provide a holistic solution to customers business issues.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP:
    Reports to: Head- ISD
    Supervises: No direct reportees to start with. Functionally any PM managing the customer would report into the ISD personal
    Coordinates with: Sales, Finance, Operations, Technical Consultants SI Engineers, Project management office, Practice heads, LOB heads
    Other external clients: Customers & Vendors

    SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: National and beyond

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    âAbility to conceive solutions end to end. Mapping customer requirement to technical solution and able to incorporate best of breed technologies and best practices in the overall solution for customer delight
    âManaging the delivery of large integrated solutions to an external customer, or in support of a major enterprise-wide program, often involving multi-function and multi-vendor efforts.
    âDetermining overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements for complex integrated IT Infrastructure Solutions requiring relevant products and Services.
    âEnsure customer satisfaction by responding to all escalations regarding project deliverables.
    âTo ensure that customer complaints are resolved by taking corrective actions
    âQuality & Process Control during project life cycle.
    âTo escalate the quality issues beyond control to the higher ups & get the solution at the earliest.
    âReview Project performance with the customer periodically during on-going phase. (Manage scope effectively)
    âCommunication to all the stake holders in the project
    âTo recommend for deviations and Change control.
    âManage Issue & Risk Management during project execution.
    âDrive Documentation & effective Data Management
    âHand-over for Smooth Sustenance
    âUnderstand Customerâs Business
    âGood Knowledge of LAN, WAN set up and technologies(Cisco) around them
    âGood Knowledge of Servers and Storage(Windows, SUN, HP, Hitachi, EMC etc)
    âBasic knowledge of Applications(Web based applications, .Net, .J2ee frameworks, SCM, ERP etc)

    NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
    Qualifications: Graduate/ MBA or Diploma with higher experience
    Experience: MINIMUM 8 - 10 years practical experience in Infrastructure Systems Integration environment, Applications.
    Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Implementation Projects. (May not be necessary)
    PMP Certificate is preferable though not mandatory.

    Technical & Professional Competencies:
    Understanding of technology (hardware & software)
    Commercial orientation to maintain cost and billing
    Vendor management and coordination

    Behavioral & Managerial Competencies:
    High self drive and confidence (ability to speak up in Management reviews)
    Strong project management skills including successful management of people and budgets.
    Good problem solving skills and analytical skills
    Effective communication (verbal & Written) and interpersonal skills
    Ability to manage a team efficiently could be clubbed with âBuild & maintain relationshipâ
    Ability to build and maintain relationship
