    Job Description

    Desired candidate must have demonstrated his expertise level in US IT Staffing.

    Should have strong experience and proven track record in end to end IT Recruitments.

    Must be able to deal with End Clients, Vendors and Candidates professionally.

    Should be able to do initial screening of the candidates up to Level 2.

    Should have good rate negotiation skills.

    Should be able to work on all different requirements of different skill sets.

    Building and maintaining database of candidate's information, resumes, Vendors, Clients etc.

    Should have good communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.



    An ideal candidate who doesn't belong to Delhi/NCR will have an option to Work From Home. So your current location is not a constraint and you would not be required to relocate for this position.

    Should have strong experience in US IT Staffing and must have full knowledge of end to end IT Recruitments.

    Must be Technically very strong and should understand the job requirement of different skills.

    Should have detailed knowledge and understanding of all Tax terms in US.

    Should have hands on experience with different job portals like Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder etc..

    Should be able to shortlist the candidates in the given time frame and do the initial screening.

    Should have good rate negotiation skills.

    Must have good networking skills and should have relevant database of IT Consultants and Vendors (Employers).

    Should have good verbal & written communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.

    Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.

    Candidate MUST HAVE experience in US IT Staffing & IT Recruitments.

    14. High level of proficiency with MS Word and Excel software. Familiarity with Internet navigation and on-line recruiting technology/tools.
    15. Excellent Interpersonal, Convincing, Rate Negotiation, Analytical & Problem solving Skills
