    If it is setup properly, the coordinator fine tunes the departmental sales template to ensure the entire sales force is saying the same thing even though they don't necessarily do it the same way. By reviewing all activity, they can cherry pick individual segments as a guideline for new employees the sales manager hires. How each employee interprets that approach would be based on their experience and sales board. High numbers warrant increased review of that technique to further improve the dynamic template. Unusually low numbers should indicate an unsuccessful implementation of the house program and that employee may need to be drawn in and reviewed on a more regular basis.
