    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Manager in charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in Sales and Marketing for the Company.

    • In charge of procurement and responsible to ensure proper stock inventory, movement and rotation.

    • Establishes and maintain relationship with master dealers

    • Organize and implement sales strategy especially from corporate clients and achieve targeted sales from Key and corporate accounts.

    • Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.

    • Oversees recruitment of personnel involved in Sales and Marketing

    • Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.

    • Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis.

    • Develops the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company.

    • Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company.

    • Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company.

    • Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential and new sectors to target based on GP

    • Senior responsibility for all Trade Accounts Receivables. Monitors A/R aging on a proactive basis with his personnel, coordinates with Credit Manager and Accounts Receivable Manager/Controller.

    • Ability to introduce new product lines.

    • Must be able to submit bid documents in a complete and timely manner for international corporate and aid agencies.

    • Will be expected to spend 50% of the time in the field
