    UG:Diploma, B.B.A - Management

    PG:MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations

    Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required

      • Should have minimum of 1 years of experience.
      • Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
      • Should be PG/MBA in HR.
      • Should have prior experience in introducing HR policies, Compensation.
      • Should be good at Framing the job descriptions working respective managers
      • Should be good in Mapping and documenting all recruitment function processes.
      • Should have strong commitment towards Process & Compliance.
      • Prior experience Planning, developing and implementing policies in entire gamut of HR activities - Recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and quality management issues.
      • Should have experience in performance Management, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies.
      • Leadership abilities: People and goal oriented, able to work under pressure and independently, dynamic and team player. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
