    Desired Candidate Profile

    1)Qualification Minimum required is 3 years diploma in electronics for Consumer Electronics or 2 years diploma in appliances for Home Appliances

    2)Good knowledge of consumer electronics products like

    DVD, TV, LCD, Plasma, CTV, Home Theater etc. Home Appliances like AC, Refrigerator, Washing machines like Auto, Semi Auto, Microwave Oven etc.

    3)Hands of experience in servicing consumer electronics

    Products inhouse and field.

    4)Worked previously in service centers or authorized service centers run by consumer electronics companies like Samsung, LG, Sony, Panasonic, Videocon, Geepas, Nikai, jumbo electronics etc

    5)Age must be in between 25 to 35

    Job Description

    1. To handle complete service operation independently, smoothly and accurately with smart decisions.

    2. To handle the customers very politely over phone or at field service.

    3. To maintain turnaround time within 12 hrs to complete reported complaints.

    4. To maintain a max lead-time of 24 hrs to complete registered complaints.

    5. To honor the commitment to customers.

    6. To handle field Tool kit and all Equipments at Service Center gently and maintain properly.

    7. Quality Feedback on the product to reporting superior whenever necessary.

    8. To report on epidemic failure on any product to reporting superior.

    9. To inform concerned dept. about spares and equipments required for Service operation.

    10. To send back the replaced defective spares like PCBs, Panels, Compressors and CRTs to concerned dept. for further action.

    11. To curb and minimize defectives and rejections at service centre by informing and seeking advice from Superiors where and when necessary.

    12. Coordination with sales team where and when necessary.

    13. It’s mandatory to manage all reports to be sent on time as per schedule.

    14. Its mandatory to mention Job number, Model number, Serial number, reported nature of defect, actual defect found and replaced spare parts code with location in individual service report accurately, exactly and strictly.

    15. To maintain records of conveyance expenses against field service operation accurately and report to Superior and concern dept.

    16. To maintain operational process strictly and accurately.

    17. To follow company’s policies, procedures and discipline strictly and accurately.
