    Job Description
    1. Develop and implement multi-year strategic, sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
    2. Lead and help setting of the annual and quarterly budgets and plans for achieving targets therein. Preparation of Pricing, Presentations and tender bids.
    3. Initiate and sustain relationships with new and existing businesses.
    4. Handling/Supervising and tracking the day to day, month by month business growth of the company and advise conceptualize new ideas for growth.
    5. Conduct presentations and help achieve business targets for the region in a thriving but highly competitive Supply Chain service field.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    Be self motivated and well Organized.
    b) A team Player. Experience of working with multiple reporting tools and complex situations will be an added advantage.
    c) Ability to prioritize, working to deadlines and achieving set goals.
    d) Significant senior level experience and thorough understanding of emerging markets from a consumer lead perspective.
    e) The candidate must have good interpersonal skills and ability to understand the dynamics of Supply Chain business.
