CtrlS Datacenter Limited Candidate Experience

  1. Hello aspirants,

    Asia's Largest Tier IV Data center-CtrlS Data Centers Ltd. had visited CMR Group of Institutions in November.The cutoff criteria is 70% of marks throughout career.It was a drive for CSE, IT and ECE branches. The number of candidates appeared is 200.

    Job Profile:

    1. 2 months of Internship with a stipend of 10k

    2. Job offer for the position of NOC Engineer with an initial package of 2.4LPA for the 1st year and the rest based on the candidate's performance.
    Rounds :

    - Written Test(We didn't have it though)

    - Group Discussion(GD) + Behavioral Interview(BI)

    - Technical Group Discussion headed by the COO of the company

    Strategy :

    The GD was headed by managers of CtrlS and the whole emphasis was laid on the candidates attitude,willingness to learn,professional communication,flexibility to work in a Data Center( yes,this is a different profile) and your optimism.

    25 students who cleared GD+BI appeared to Technical - GD and the topic was

    1. Why shouldn't every organization have its own data center?

    2. How would you handle an abusing/aggressive client?
    The whole GD was keenly observed the CtrlS Team and based on the satisfactory/suitable answers they received from the Candidates,7 were offered the job.
