    Designation Engagement Manager
    Job Description Main Purpose of Role:

    The EM role is to focus in identifying and propose services and partnerships necessary to create the business value for the customer, win the business and to ensure the internal/external customer achieves the expected result, has a great customer experience

    Key Tasks and Accountabilities

    Core Tasks

    Extensive experience in handling large SLA-driven support (and development) projects

    Very good customer facing and presentation skills

    Ability to handle large complex engagement using onsite-offshore model
    and multi-site delivery teams

    Escalation point for all service/ delivery related issues

    Overall responsible for successful service delivery

    Provide support in terms of solutioning/ proposals/presentations

    Interaction Point for the onsite team for all service lines and solution centers for India.

    Interaction Point for onsite team for India related strategy and roadmap.

    Ensures regular communication and reviews (Quality, accomplishments, budget, resources)

    Provide feedback to onsite teams on feasibility to project requests

    Initiates execution of a project

    Funnel demand for new projects and change requests

    Provides prioritization feedback when required.

    Feedback and impact analysis; identify issues and conflicts.

    Proactively communicate India CSNO objectives, policies and procedures.

    Manage the Engineer Exchange Program (Movement of Engineers from India to Onsite).

    Manage programs/agendas of visitors from onsite to India.

    Language Expertise: German, French, Italian&Spanish, English (one each)

    UG - Engineer (Telecom/Computers/Others)
    PG - MBA Prefered
