    Designation HR - Asst. Manager
    Job Description Purpose of Job:

    The key purpose is to provide HR generalist service to support line managers in meeting their people management responsibilities (outside recruitment) in line with companies policies and values, monitoring and reporting on people management performance .
    Responsibilities:

    Employee Management Guidance and Support

    To act as a SPOC for a process and to guide them on all employee management activities.
    To aid Team Leaders in interpretation of the Managers Guide to Employment Practices , changes in policies and procedures if any.
    To provide support to Team Leaders in dealing with employee relations and communicate on disciplinary , grievance , Handling PIP cases and absence management .
    Compensation & Payroll Management

    To manage compensation pertaining to transfer and IJP .
    To manage MIS in Annual Compensation working.
    To ensure payroll inputs are sent on time and ensure correct and accurate payroll processing on monthly basis.
    HR Policies and Procedures

    To assist in review of HR Induction and ensure further updates
    To assist in the review, documentation and communication of Companies policies and procedures across the organization.
    To assist in review and updation of the Employee Handbook.
    HR Management and Information Monitoring and Administration

    Team Management
    * To guide the Sr. Executives / Executive in maintaining the HR administration function.

    * Responsible for the growth and development of the team member.

    Background Check process Management
    * To ensure background checks are conducted for all employees.
    * To manage insufficiencies and discrepancy cases of background check process.

    Mediclaim Administration
    * To ensure mediclaim data is sent regularly and dealing with vendor on pending mediclaim cases.

    Labour Law Compliances
    * To ensure on statutory compliances w.r.t. various acts applicable.

    HR Audits
    * To participate in various HR audit and ensure compliance as well as closure of insufficiencies.

    Reports & MIS
    * To analyze HR MIS and prepare a weekly and monthly report on key HR indicators and issues.

    Employee Engagement meets
    * To organize employee engagement events and activities

    Exit Management
    * To conduct exit interviews , track exits, analyse exit data and suggest actions to improve.

    To undertake specific project work as directed by the HR Manager

    To support and assist in external HR benchmarking exercises undertaken as per business requirements.
    To assist in Performance Appraisal and Annual Increment exercise
    Conducting Employee Satisfaction survey

    Education & Qualifications:

    Graduate
    HRM postgraduate or professional qualification (eg: GradCIPD or equivalent) - desireable
    Job Experience:

    Min 3-4 years HR generalist experience including in an international commercial organisation
    Experience of the BPO industry - desireable
    Knowledge of Indian business environment - desireable
    Technical Skills:

    Office applications, use of HR Information Systems
    Working knowledge of Indian employment law
