    - Call Handling

    - Handle customer Queries and exceptions.

    - Registering Pickups

    - Handle Customer Complaints

    - Proactively track and trace shipments in the network.

    - Ensure Sales Leads


    Desired Profile:

    Candiate should be a graduate with a work experience of 1-2years of experience in interacting with customers on telephone. The Incumbent should possess good communicaiton skills and pleasant voice. Should have the basic Numerical ability and geographical knowledge. Knowledge of Computers is a must.
