Job Description
Develop & Run Manual Black Box Tests (Unit & Integration) in Agile Development, Testing and Production Environments.

Perform White Box Testing and Code Reviews.

Create and Implement Application Design and Coding Standards.

Perform Pre-Release Backups and other related Activities.

Orient the team from time to time about Deliverable Quality and Testing tricks.

Desired Profile
Will Develop and Run Test Plans and Test Cases in several agile development projects.

Will be familiar with Microsoft Technologies viz., ASP.Net, ASP, VB Script, JAVA Script, MS-SQL Server 2000.

Will have basic SQL skills to create Test data and write queries to perform backend testing.

Will have 1+ Year of Testing Experience in a rapid Release Environment.

Will have the ability to define the Application Development Standards for the User Interface and Code.

Will possess Excellent Communication and Team Interaction Skills.
