Rakshpal Bahadur Management Institute, Bareilly was established in 1996 under the aegis of Harrow Educational Society(estd.1981). The focus is on value based education and continuously serving for excellence in education,training, research and consultancy in the field of management technology and education. The institute is professionally managed and integrates a mix of rich corporate experience and best traditions in academics. Our Placement and Training Cell is assisting students in Summer and Final Placement by interacting with leading companies. Final placement of students is a strategic activity for RBMI and all the processes are aligned for the same. Keeping in mind the existing and expected job opportunities, we plan to provide placement services to our participants.For effective placements, we establish close ties with the companies, which are in the process of providing jobs to our students. The existing placement cell keeps intensive interface with leading corporate/brokers /consultants. Campus recruitment drives are undertaken by inviting companies from the private.public and government sectors to place Institute's students at entery level managerial postions.Placement assistance is provided industry sector-wise as well as by functional area wise. For this purpose, the instiute has an active national and international placement cell which keeps continuous interaction with industry,business houses,multinationals and the public sector undertaking with a view to provide appropriate and timely career opportunities to its students.
